Delivery & Returns

Here you can find all the relevant information regarding shipments. For shipments within Italian territory you can deliver you parcel at a DHL Point. DHL Point are shops which collect and store parcels for a maximum of 5 working days. If you travel often or are never at home you can address your order at a DHL Point where somebody receives it for you. Then you have 5 working days to collect your order from the selected DHL Point.

EcoExpress Shipment

This service concerns only specific products with final destination within Milan city limit and only for orders placed before 3 am. EcoExpress delivery option when available is shown at checkout page. Service cost is 6,00 Euro. This service does not run on saturday, sunday and on national holiday days. In the case the order cannot be delivered through this service, customers will be contacted by the Vendor.

Shipments outside Italy

All packages are sent via DHL, FEDEX or POSTE ITALIANE from our warehouse in Milan. Your order will be sent the same day if placed before 1 pm CET, within 2 working days if after 1 pm CET.

The normal delivery time for a standard order from the moment the package has left our warehouse is:

  • 2-3 working days to France, Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands and Austria
  • 5-6 working days to the remaining countries in European Union
  • 3-4 weeks to the remaining destinations

If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, a note is left in the mailbox. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery does not succeed, the package will be returned to us. When you find the note in your mailbox, contact the postman immediately to arrange another delivery address, time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard, etc.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as a delivery address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

For non-EU destinations, be aware that there is an extra charge of 10€ per item, for the purchase of home fragrances, as they are heavy and considered as dangerous goods by couriers and therefore require special handling.

For non-EU shipping addresses, customs policies vary from country to country and you, or the recipient of your book, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable upon delivery. If you are unsure about whether these charges may apply to your order, please contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Please note that the above mentioned shipping times are based only on average and cannot be taken as binding. Shipping times may differ based on destination country. In case you are not receiving your parcel within reasonable time range, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. If you have paid through credit card or PayPal payment system and you have a complain about delivery timing, please contact us before submitting any chargeback request. Indeed this is the best way to solve the problem.


You have the right to cancel your contract with the Vendor in relation to products purchased from, without any penalty and for any reason, by notifying the Vendor in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day you receive the products. In certain specific circumstances, duly specified in the Return Section, you are permitted to exchange a product with another product.

In order to recess from the contract, you must fill out the Return Form, available online, as an alternative you can directly contact us.

In order to correctly perform your recess right, you must return the products to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify Vendor of the cancellation.

In this case you will receive a full refund of the price of the products including standard delivery costs, if any have been paid (but excluding supplementary costs for expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses). Furthermore, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, the Vendor may have a right of action against you for compensation.

You can return the products either by the approved courier (as indicated on the online Return Form) via the pre-paid, personalized return label enclosed in your original order; or by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to Vendor using another courier.

If you decide to use a different courier than the one indicated by the Vendor in the Return Form, you should instead take charge of the delivery expenses. The Vendor will not refund any additional costs you incurred by choosing a different courier, and/or other delivery methods faster than standard. In this case, the liability related to loss or damage of goods during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of courier and/or method of delivery, will remain on you.

The return right – besides compliance with the terms and conditions described in points mode 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 – is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met: a. should the Return Form is correctly transmitted online through the website or other unequivocal statement of your decision to recess from the contract must be properly completed and provided to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar from the date of delivery of the products; b. the products must not have been used; c. the products must be returned in their original packaging; if you want to return a kit, you have to return all the items included, this provision also applies to any enclosed free samples; d. the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days of service since you announced your decision to the Vender to terminate the contract; e. products must not be damaged.

If the return right is correctly performed as described, the Vendor will process the refund as soon as possible.

Money will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor is aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, the Vendor will proceed with the refund procedure once checking the correct execution of the terms and conditions stated above.

If the terms and conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal do not meet the prevision stated at paragraph 5.7, you will not be refund. Within 14 days from the date you received the email with which you will be notified of the non-acceptance of the return, you can choose to get back, at your own expenses, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor. Otherwise, the Vendor is entitled to keep the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. If the conditions of the previous paragraph 5.7 are not fulfilled, you will not be entitled to receive the full payment of the sums already paid to the Vendor. You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products, resulting from any use other than that authorized by the Vendor in order to allow you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of such products. In this hypothesis, the refund will be determinate in a percentage between 10 and 90 less of the amount you paid to the Vendor for the purchase of the returned products, as you will be specifically notified, via email, by the Vendor. Within 14 days of sending the e-mail with which you will be notified of the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to get back at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor, by giving notice to the Vendor, according to mode you will be notified. Otherwise, the vendor can keep the products and an amount equivalent to the percentage deducted on repayment.


After returning products, the Vendor will check the conformity thereof to the conditions and time limits specified in paragraph 5.8. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, the Vendor will confirm, by e-mail, the acceptance of the returned products. In the event that the checks are not successfully concluded, the Vendor will communicate, by e-mail, the observed existence of a value decrease of the returned products, arising from any breach of the conditions stated in paragraph 5.7. At the same time, the Vendor will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the sum you paid for the purchase of the returned products; alternatively you have the possibility to get back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor, as provided in paragraph 5.10.

Whatever the mode of payment you used, the refund, full or partial, is processed by the Vendor in the shortest time possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor became aware of your right to cancel after verification of proper implementation of your right of withdrawal and verification of the returned products.

The Vendor performs refund by using the same methods of payment you used for the purchase of the returned products unless you have expressly agreed with the Vendor to use a different methods of payment and provided that you do not incur any fees further as a result of the repayment. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the repayment of sums, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, it will be performed by the Vendor, in however, against those who made the payment.

The value date of crediting shall be the same; you will not undergo any loss in terms of bank interest.

Vendor indicates as delivery company for returning products DHL courier. By DHL, by using the pre-printed adhesive label attached to the package containing the product, you can return the products to the Vendor, without making the payment of necessary expenses. This method takes the direct payment to the Vendor, on your behalf, the cost of returning the purchased products, freeing you from any obligation to pay towards the freight forwarder. This method also allows you to check, at any time, where each pack, freeing you from any liability in case of loss or damage of goods during transport.
