According to the house's own history, Creed was founded in London in 1760 as a tailoring business and only later turned to perfume. Its modern story bears the signature of Olivier Creed, who passed away in 2026: he created , and , and with his son Erwin he composed . Since 2026 Creed has been part of the L'Oréal group.
If you want to begin with the house's signature, choose Aventus: blackcurrant and pineapple up top, birch and patchouli at the heart. If you love fresh, clean scents, try Silver Mountain Water, with bergamot, green tea and blackcurrant, or Green Irish Tweed, green and citrusy thanks to lemon, verbena and violet leaves.
