GENTLE MAKE-UP REMOVER OIL PURE ACT OIL was created to meet the need for careful make-up removal, without depriving the skin of its natural protection. In order to do so, it works according to the “similar dissolves similar” rule: as make-up and impurities are oily, the oils inside PURE ACT OIL dissolve them so they can be easily removed. Thus the hydro-lipidic film which protects the skin is preserved instead of being damaged, as aggressive cleansers do.
